Ovenworks Pizza wasn't born from a business plan — it was born from an obsession. The kind of obsession that makes you stand in front of a wood-fired oven at midnight, watching the flames dance, wondering if the crust could be just a little more perfect.

We opened our doors on White Avenue with a simple conviction: that people in Eau Claire deserve a pizza place that treats every pie like it's the last one they'll ever make. Not because we're running out of ovens, but because we care that much.

Every dough is mixed by hand. Every sauce starts from whole San Marzano tomatoes. Every cheese is sliced, not shredded from a bag. The difference isn't pretension — it's patience. And patience is something we've got plenty of.
